Field Trip
Leader Instructions and Trip Report Forms
Each field trip leader is expected to read the “Leader Instructions” and to complete a list of all participants on the trip. The completed list is to be submitted to the person listed on the form as soon as possible upon completion of the trip. The leader should also check the field trip schedule to be sure that the date, time and location for the trip are correct.
Each trip leader should have all participants read and sign the Trip Agreement and Waiver Form. Please ask participants to indicate whether or not they are a member of DFO, this is how we recruit new members.
A Trip Report Form is provided here for your convenience. That must also be completed and submitted to the person listed on the Leadership Instructions.
